Wow, AJ helped me pick out a new Highlander! I couldn’t be happier with my new car ! My trade-in process was so simple and it took less than 2 hours. The finance manager was also amazing and really listened to the needs of my family and me. During the process we were offered refreshments. The facility is very clean and comfortable. They also offer a number of luxury vehicles that had me contemplating upping my budget. But they were very respectful of my budget in the long run.

Omar was extremely easy to work with. He answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. I would buy another car from Omar again and you should too!!

Gravity was an absolute pleasure to work with! I called right at 9:00 AM when they opened and spoke with Abdul, who confirmed that the car I was interested in was available. When I arrived, he had the keys ready and let us take it for a test drive. Abdallah was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. After the test drive, I was introduced to AJ, the General Manager, who was just as fantastic. He gave us a fair price on our BMW i4 eDrive40 and made the process smooth and enjoyable. From there, the finance manager took excellent care of us and got everything wrapped up quickly and efficiently. This team truly made the car-buying experience seamless and stress-free. When I started looking for my next car, I didn't know I would find it in Duluth, GA. I found the perfect car in color combo I wanted, with a fair price. The team there made it very easy and streamloned my pruchase. I got my car today and couldn't be happier. This was hands down one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My sales associate Musa was extremely patient and helpful! AJ was extremely helpful as well and did everything he could to get the ball rolling on getting me the best deal possible. And last but not least the finance manager Kash was phenomenal. Not only was he diligent with getting me the best deal, he was also diligent with maximizing a warranty that fit within my budget. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a car! Cris

My experience here at Gravity Autos was AMAZING! My sales rep Erik was extremely nice, very patience, and did all he could do to help me get in this car I really wanted. My experience was luxurious and enjoyable. Kash, the financial manager took great care of me as well. He explained all the additional warranties and ensured I stayed near my monthly car payment budget. This place isn’t just about selling cars but they are genuine people and love what they do. 10/10 would recommend!
