Nate also follows up with a no pressure approach, we are close to working out a deal where everyone is happy and I hope we can make it happen. Had an amazing experience at Gravity Auto in Duluth, GA! Hassan made the buying process effortless and efficient, and Sammy greeted us warmly right at the door. The team was friendly and polite, and we especially enjoyed chatting with another staff member who had a great energy and was a pleasure to talk to. The service team at the back did an excellent job detailing the car before we drove it home. Highly recommend this place!

After months of purchasing our Benz, I will say by far this was more than exceedingly our experience and expectations at this dealer all to Kash the finance manager, and Brea in title dept. Both have gone above and beyond to assist us with the transaction of purchasing our vehicle. Their constant communication made our customer service experience completely comfortable with a seamless process from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and we look for future business with our upgrades.

This was the easiest and and fastest auto purchase we've ever experienced. Muhammad was amazing, straight forward and super friendly. We drove from Tennessee to Atlanta to Gravity Auto and it was the best decision ever.

Sammy and AJ are great to deal with. They are upfront and true to their word. I purchased a car sight unseen from 4.5 hours away. It was exactly as described, and the price they gave me never changed. They also offered a fair amount for my old car in trade. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys in the future!

Musa was super knowledgeable and straightforward when it came to the whole transaction. He was easy to work with and didn't use any pressure sales tactics.
