Cass was on top of everything—he immediately reached out, sent a detailed video of the car, and provided all the information I needed. He was incredibly helpful throughout, making the process smooth and easy. Afterward, he passed me to the manager or executive team. AJ was extremely nice and supportive. Everything was handled online—from communication to finalizing the deal. The car was shipped to me quickly, and the entire process was seamless.
