I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but I wanted to give Savil Mendez his credit. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure you’re getting the right vehicle and not just being “sold” something. Savil made the whole experience feel comfortable from the beginning. He was easy to talk to, answered everything I asked without giving me the runaround, and gave me space to actually make my own decision. I never felt like he was hovering over me or rushing me just to close the deal. I ended up leaving with a car I’m really happy with, and the experience was completely different from what I normally expect at a dealership. If you go to Gravity Autos, ask for Savil. He’s good people and I’d definitely work with him again.

Before visiting the dealership, we did our own research, read the online reviews, and decided to make our own informed decision based on our goals, including the interest rate, monthly payment, and loan terms. From the very beginning, Omar's communication was excellent. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and whenever we had questions or disagreed with any part of the deal, there was never any pressure. We were presented with several financing options from different lenders, and when we chose not to move forward with one, other options were offered until we found one that met our needs. I can be a tough customer, but Omar remained patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire experience. Whenever he needed clarification, he consulted with his sales manager, Chris, to ensure we had accurate information. Our next interaction was with Kash, the finance officer. He was thorough, explained every document in detail, and made the final paperwork process smooth and stress-free. My husband and I are business owners, which they were not aware of during the process.
