I would give it 4.5 stars, but I am giving 5 and I will explain why shortly. I have been wanting a Lucid electric car for as long as I can remember and I know that buying new is not the right answer due to depreciation. I researched and researched used Lucid Air Touring cars and the best price I could find with all the features I wanted was at Gravity Motors Duluth (About 4.5 hours away from me). I reached out and spoke to Musa who was kind enough to send me a video of the car as well as confirming he had both the key and the key card. I explained that I wanted to trade in a vehicle as well and provided that information to him with payoff, mileage, etc etc etc. I also inquired (Based on a previous bad experience with an online vehicle purchase) if we would be paying TN taxes on the car because I did not want to find out we would be on the hook for additional taxes and was told by Chris the finance manager that they do many online sight unseen purchases and we would absolutely be paying TN taxes so we would not have to pay additional taxes. We worked the deal and I mentioned that I did not want to drive 4 1/2 hours each way and was hoping that we could have the Lucid delivered and my previous car picked up at the same time and Musa stated that could be arranged. Once the deal was done I inquired if it would be a week or so to arrange for the exchange and was told “No, We will have your vehicle trailered and on the road tonight for the exchange and pickup”. WOW!!! That is fast!!! The car arrived safe and sound and the exchange was done that evening. We received our new tags within 3 weeks and placed them on the car. Here is why I was thinking of giving 4 1/5 stars. Georgia has a policy that payoffs can take up to 30 days. We were nervous as it literally was on day 30 that our vehicle showed paid off. I can’t blame the dealership as that is a Georgia thing, but it def provided us with unnecessary anxiety as our car was literally paid off today 7/28. All in all it was a great experience and would gladly recommend others to purchase from them as they provided an overall positive customer service experience.

I had an amazing experience working with Omar to purchase my 2024 BMW i4 from a different state. Buying a vehicle remotely can easily become stressful, but Omar made the entire process incredibly easy and completely stress-free from start to finish. He was extremely accommodating, responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had. He made sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The car was exactly as described, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I truly appreciate Omar and his team for making my first out-of-state vehicle purchase such a smooth and positive experience. I drove up to Gravity Auto Duluth not too long ago, and from start to finish they took their time explaining everything about the car, the details, and got me a great deal. Hospitality was great, and Omar was a very professional and friendly guy to sit down with. Kash was very knowledgeable and helpful finalizing the deal and got us a great warranty as well, overall a very great experience.

Drove down from Milwaukee Wisconsin on our way to Naples Florida and stopped in at the dealership in Duluth Georgia.Met with Hassan our salesperson and had a great experience. The entire staff at the dealership we're very accommodating and helpful. The vehicle was exactly what Hassan described it to be on the phone when I spoke with him. No surprises at all! Process took 2 hours including getting the financing through their contacts which was in line with our local banks and credit unions. It all it was a great experience and thank you Hassan.

Sammy was a good salesman. Credit approval was completed before I walked through the door. He went out of his way to make sure my concerns were met.

I had such a great experience with Sammy and AJ at Gravity Auto! From the moment I walked in, they were both professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made what can normally be a stressful car-buying experience feel smooth and comfortable. Sammy was amazing at answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything along the way. AJ was just as helpful and made sure the process stayed organized and stress-free. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was just another customer. They actually took the time to listen to what I needed and worked with me to find the best option. What really stood out to me was their customer service. They were friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident about my decision. You can tell when people genuinely care about the experience they provide, and Sammy and AJ definitely do. If you’re looking for a dealership with people who will treat you with respect, communicate with you, and actually make the process enjoyable, I highly recommend Gravity Auto and especially Sammy and AJ!

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but I wanted to give Savil Mendez his credit. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure you’re getting the right vehicle and not just being “sold” something. Savil made the whole experience feel comfortable from the beginning. He was easy to talk to, answered everything I asked without giving me the runaround, and gave me space to actually make my own decision. I never felt like he was hovering over me or rushing me just to close the deal. I ended up leaving with a car I’m really happy with, and the experience was completely different from what I normally expect at a dealership. If you go to Gravity Autos, ask for Savil. He’s good people and I’d definitely work with him again.

Coached me all the way thru this from Alabama made me feel comfortable from the beginning by providing all the facts and showing complete transparency this guy is a real winner I’m completely satisfied coming from another state I felt confident the entire time as Savil also was kind enough to send me a really in depth video on the vehicle that sold me an overall amazing buying experience. I recommend these guys 10/10 times . Best car buying experience to date. Really cute store too! I Love my Mercedes. When you come here ask for Savil he is so knowledgeable and patient and definitely knows how to get the job so come see him if your ready to ride!
