Before visiting the dealership, we did our own research, read the online reviews, and decided to make our own informed decision based on our goals, including the interest rate, monthly payment, and loan terms. From the very beginning, Omar's communication was excellent. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and whenever we had questions or disagreed with any part of the deal, there was never any pressure. We were presented with several financing options from different lenders, and when we chose not to move forward with one, other options were offered until we found one that met our needs. I can be a tough customer, but Omar remained patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire experience. Whenever he needed clarification, he consulted with his sales manager, Chris, to ensure we had accurate information. Our next interaction was with Kash, the finance officer. He was thorough, explained every document in detail, and made the final paperwork process smooth and stress-free. My husband and I are business owners, which they were not aware of during the process. Speaking from both a personal and professional perspective, I encourage everyone to do their own research and make the decision that's best for you. I recently purchased a Mercedes-AMG GT 53 from Gravity Autos, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Totally in love! Yesterday hubby took me dream car shopping at Gravity Auto at the Duluth, GA location. We were greeted with such a family friendly atmosphere. We were helped by Omar and he showed us so many different Luxury vehicle options that were just stunning. I ended up with my dream SUV. The 2022 Mercedes Benz 450 GLS and I even received a beautiful bouquet of roses. My Mercedes Benz SUV is so clean, fully loaded and very pretty. I’m a happy & blessed wife. Thank you Aj, Omar & Kash! Sammy is really what made this whole experience. We were purchasing a car from Gravity Autos Duluth from a different state which is usually a stressful process, but Sammy made it so incredibly straightforward, simple, and transparent. We knew we were in good hands from beginning to end and he was communicative and helpful the entire time. He didn't just stop communicating after he sold the car, he kept in contact making sure that we loved it. A few months after we got the car it was totaled in a rear-end and Sammy proved to be helpful and compassionate once again. He really went above and beyond, so much so that our whole family still talks about what a great experience we had with him.
