I recently purchased a Mercedes-AMG GT 53 from Gravity Autos, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Mohammed Parvez made me feel completely at ease. His knowledge, professionalism, and level of engagement made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to trade in my 4Runner for a great price, which also helped me save on taxes. I only had to negotiate once on the overall deal, and everything was handled fairly and transparently. The entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the environment at the dealership was excellent. AJ was a huge help with the financing process, and Kash helped me with the warranty program ensuring i am covered bumper to bumper. I really appreciated how everyone worked together to make the experience seamless. On top of the great service, their selection and variety of vehicles are top-notch. I would absolutely recommend Gravity Autos to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a great buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Gravity Autos for my future car purchases!

Totally in love! Yesterday hubby took me dream car shopping at Gravity Auto at the Duluth, GA location. We were greeted with such a family friendly atmosphere. We were helped by Omar and he showed us so many different Luxury vehicle options that were just stunning. I ended up with my dream SUV. The 2022 Mercedes Benz 450 GLS and I even received a beautiful bouquet of roses. My Mercedes Benz SUV is so clean, fully loaded and very pretty. I’m a happy & blessed wife. Thank you Aj, Omar & Kash! I’ve never experienced a more beautiful day in car buying . I will definitely be back. 💕

Sammy is really what made this whole experience. We were purchasing a car from Gravity Autos Duluth from a different state which is usually a stressful process, but Sammy made it so incredibly straightforward, simple, and transparent. We knew we were in good hands from beginning to end and he was communicative and helpful the entire time. He didn't just stop communicating after he sold the car, he kept in contact making sure that we loved it. A few months after we got the car it was totaled in a rear-end and Sammy proved to be helpful and compassionate once again. He really went above and beyond, so much so that our whole family still talks about what a great experience we had with him.
