⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Dar and AJ! I cannot speak highly enough of Dar and AJ for their exceptional service throughout the purchase of our brand-new BMW iX! From beginning to end, they demonstrated outstanding professionalism, dedication, and genuine care. Both went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best possible out-the-door price while making the entire purchasing experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. i’m giving this dealership 5 stars because i can’t give in 10 unfortunately. i called yesterday about a lexus they had in stock & my salesman gabe was more than great! he answered all my questions & had the vehicle ready for me when i arrived today. his manager dogan was icing to the cake as he made me feel very comfortable & happy about my purchase decision. this is by far the best used lot i’ve ever purchased from. they have the nicest luxury vehicles also, be sure to check them out!!!

My salesman was Sammy, was very professional start to finish and knew exactly what I was looking for. It wasn’t too much back and forth and the desk manager AJ was very transparent with what was going on with the banks. Lastly Kash their finance manager took very good care of me after the sale and explained my warranty options clearly and made them fit into my budget. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking to get a vehicle from here.

I was not planning to buy a car today and I just went to take a look at some cars I had in mind. It was an exceptional and wonderful car buying experience with Sammy, the manager and Kash. They worked with me and trying to understand my needs and delivered outstanding customer service. I would recommend Gravity Auto Duluth location for my family and friends.

I went to Gravity Auto‘s in Duluth, about three weeks ago to look at a Lucid Air Grand Touring car. The car was in perfect condition. The salesman was Jay. when I arrived at the location. Usually when you go to car dealerships the salesman chase you around they didn’t do that They were very polite and courteous. They didn’t haggle over the price. They were very fair. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. We agreed on a fair price on the car so I bought the car again if I ever need a used car again I definitely would go back there. To look at their inventory again, it was a great experience

I had the pleasure of working with Jay at Gravity Auto Duluth. I needed two vehicles for my business. You know, the kids today (young adults 🧑) sometimes get a bad rap. This young man was professional, but he still let his youth and coolness shine through during the whole process.He helped me pick out the best cars for my needs and put me in the hands of Kash in F&I for next steps. This young man, He checked on me while I was in Finance and made sure I was comfortable and offered me refreshments, walked me through the process of how the keys worked for both vehicles (Teslas) all while I had downtime in the Finance office and it made great use of the time. The “pièce de résistance” was when I exited to take my car home, it was parked in front of the dealership with a ribbon on it and fully charged. Go see Jay if you’re thinking of buying a car. Because I’ve got a feeling this is just the beginning for him, and you won’t be disappointed with the best car-buying experience I’ve had in 30 years.

I had an amazing experience purchasing multiple vehicles for my business! Jay, my sales rep, was incredible ...he made the entire process seamless. Kash was a wizard with warranty and financing information, and A.J. was running point keeping everything organized and on track. If you're a small business owner purchasing multiple vehicles at once, you need a team that has all the tools and expertise to make things go smoothly and efficiently. This team delivered on all fronts. Great experience... I highly recommend! *****I drove over an hour and 20 minutes, and it was absolutely worth it. 5/5 stars.*****

I had very good experience at Gravity Autos Duluth. AJ was very helpful and informative. I will be buying again from Gravity and AJ personally.

The process to purchase my car was easy! Good deal on the price and trade in, as well as fixing some minor imperfections on the car before I take it off the lot. Omar & AJ were great, really helped me get the best option on numbers before fully committing to the car. Kash was awesome and walked me through the entire financial portion of paperwork as well as explained every detail of the warranty package I purchased for the vehicle. Overall would recommend buying a car here!

Jay answered the phone within the first ring. He greeted me and Ask right away if you were pronouncing my name correctly, which I very much appreciate. He never judged me if y’all are willing to work with him. The communication and the process was as simple as it could be everything‘s not perfect but with him, you’re gonna have an understanding and raw communication . If I was to buy a car again, this would be the first place I come to and you have to request J if you don’t request, Jay, you’re making a mistake .
