My experience here at Gravity Autos was AMAZING! My sales rep Erik was extremely nice, very patience, and did all he could do to help me get in this car I really wanted. My experience was luxurious and enjoyable. Kash, the financial manager took great care of me as well. He explained all the additional warranties and ensured I stayed near my monthly car payment budget. This place isn’t just about selling cars but they are genuine people and love what they do. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved my experience with Sammy + Gravity Autos. Car shopping is stressful and I had been to 3 other dealerships before coming to Gravity Autos Duluth and instantly felt so much more comfortable than I had felt at other dealerships. They take customer service SERIOUS and everyone that me and my mom spoke to was so kind and courteous. We purchased a truck from Phil and worked also closely with AJ the general manager. They were both very attentive to all texts and calls. Everything they said they would do they followed through with and did for us. We had a hick up with an extra key being made and not working when we got the truck and AJ went above and beyond to make sure we got an operable extra key. The customer service was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. High recommend them for high end used vehicles.
