I recently purchased two vehicles from Gravity Autos Duluth and had a great experience both times. I bought a Porsche Cayenne S for my wife and a Mercedes-Benz AMG GT C for myself. The entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Musa, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure we found the right vehicles. AJ and Chris, the sales managers, were professional and made sure everything was handled the right way. Kash, the finance manager, did an excellent job explaining the protection options available for both vehicles. He recommended coverage that actually made sense and was beneficial for protecting our investment, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole team at Gravity Autos Duluth delivered a top-notch experience. If you’re looking for a luxury vehicle and a dealership that treats you right, I highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased a car from Gravity Auto back in December and it still had the factory warranty. We discovered an issue with one of the front sensors through routine inspection at Land Rover. Land Rover said it was not covered and wanted to charge us. I called Gravity and spoke with AJ. AJ said bring it back and we will take care of it at no charge. We returned to Gravity Auto Duluth to drop the car off, AJ provided us with a NICE loaner at no additional cost AND solved our issue. Big thank you to AJ, and we would buy from them again.

Yesterday, I visited the dealership to explore vehicles for a future purchase and had the pleasure of working with Sammy. He took the time to show me several options that matched exactly what I was looking for, and we ultimately narrowed it down to a 2023 BMW i4, all electric.
