We had a good experience with this dealership. We searched within 500 miles of our home in NC and found the best pricing here as well as a responsive, honest team. During the process of purchasing this vehicle I spoke with 8 other dealerships. Other dealerships also would have charged hundreds to thousands of dollars for transport which we were not ok to do. Others could not provide full or accurate information about the vehicles on their lot. At Gravity Autos the manager and salesperson were honorable in the deal, and did what they said they would do. Whenever I had a question, Sammy was quick to respond with the info. We were asked to finance with them which we were ok doing. The vehicle was spotless (better than described) and appeared as brand new. We did the entire purchase online and are happy with the outcome. We would buy here again and would recommend this dealership.

This was the easiest car buying process that I've ever encountered. I called a Friday and spoke with AJ to check availability of a vehicle and told him exactly what I wanted as I had a trade in with some negative equity. I received a follow up call from salesman, Sammie confirming what i needed. This dealer made it work instantly, I was literally driving off in my new vehicle after a hour and half. No hassle dealer. Our next purchase will be from Gravity Auto! Every staff member was nice. Thanks again.
