Totally in love! Yesterday hubby took me dream car shopping at Gravity Auto at the Duluth, GA location. We were greeted with such a family friendly atmosphere. We were helped by Omar and he showed us so many different Luxury vehicle options that were just stunning. I ended up with my dream SUV. The 2022 Mercedes Benz 450 GLS and I even received a beautiful bouquet of roses. My Mercedes Benz SUV is so clean, fully loaded and very pretty. I’m a happy & blessed wife. Thank you Aj, Omar & Kash! Sammy is really what made this whole experience. We were purchasing a car from Gravity Autos Duluth from a different state which is usually a stressful process, but Sammy made it so incredibly straightforward, simple, and transparent. We knew we were in good hands from beginning to end and he was communicative and helpful the entire time. He didn't just stop communicating after he sold the car, he kept in contact making sure that we loved it. A few months after we got the car it was totaled in a rear-end and Sammy proved to be helpful and compassionate once again.
